After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of a mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
AllCarsFashion offers worldwide shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, THT, Wanb, EMS, YunExpress, and Yanwe. Shipping options vary based on product type and destination for a tailored delivery experience.
We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...).
You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.
Since our pricing for non-oversized items includes free shipping, we aim to ship orders complete for cost efficiency. If an item is backordered, we may delay your shipment for a few days if we anticipate its arrival soon. However, if we cannot ship your full order within 10 days, we will send as many items as possible and place the remaining items on backorder.
Free shipping on non-oversized USA orders, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Qualifying orders must be within the contiguous USA only (with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)! Please check the items shipping tab to find out the shipping costs for oversized items. Free shipping is available for items that fit in a medium-size FedEx box. Prices on our website include free shipping for non-oversized items on orders over $50 for customers within the contiguous United States. Canadian customers are charged an additional $15, while international customers pay an extra $30. Please note, these rates apply to non-oversized items only.
If you choose products that exceed the size of a FedEx Medium Box (as shown above), they are classified as oversized and will require additional shipping fees. Each oversized item will have a separate shipping cost listed under the SHIPPING TAB, with the final cost displayed on your Shipping Checkout Page.
OVERSIZED ITEMS include, but are not limited to, Dashboards, Dash Caps, Floor Mats, Spoilers, Steering Wheels, Trunk Organizers, Sound Dampening Kits, Light Bars, and any items that exceed the dimensions of a FedEx Medium Box (13.25" x 11.5" x 2.38").
Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please be aware that any applicable duty tax or VAT is charged by your local customs agency and is the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders shipping to California addresses will be charged sales tax in accordance with state law.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.
Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

Please note that tracking is active for 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email Customerservice@AllCarsFashion.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.
If your order has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, by sending us a picture.
If possible, please record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bended products...) to the carrier when you receive your order.
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at Customerservice@AllCarsFashion.com.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email Customerservice@AllCarsFashion.com as soon as you can.
