Shipping
When my order will be shipped?
- We will process the order within 1-3 business days after payment.
- You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.
How long does it take to get my order?
- The delivery time depends on different shipping methods. Express shipping: Within-3-10 business days. Standard shipping: Within 7-20 business days after shipment. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
How can I change the shipping address?
- You have a short window to update your shipping address. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number to request a change. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How can I modify/cancel my order?
- There is a very limited time in which you can modify/cancel the order after payment. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our customer service team with the order number for the modification/cancellation. We're sorry that the order can't be modified/canceled if it is shipped.
How much is the delivery fees?
- Prices on our website include free shipping for non-oversized items on orders over $50 for customers within the contiguous United States. Canadian customers are charged an additional $15, while international customers pay an extra $30. Please note, these rates apply to non-oversized items only.
- If you choose products that exceed the size of a FedEx Medium Box, they are classified as oversized and will require additional shipping fees. Each oversized item will have a separate shipping cost listed under the SHIPPING TAB, with the final cost displayed on your Shipping Checkout Page.

How do I track my order?

What happens if my package gets lost?
- For lost items, you have 5 days from receipt of delivery to report this to us.

How to use the discount code?
- Applying a promotion code is simple! At checkout, enter the code in the “Promo Code” box and click “Apply.” Please note, each promo code is valid for a single use only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- Accepted payment methods are Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.
Why are there multiple charges on my card for a single order?
- When you place an order, AllCarsFashion contacts your card-issuing bank to verify your account and reserve funds. This will appear as a pending or authorization charge. We only charge your payment method when your items ship.
Can you accept cash on delivery
- We're sorry that we don't accept cash on delivery so far. You can place order on our website directly, then we will arrange shipment for you soon.
